Belgium obtains Silver in Nations Cup La Baule

In La Baule it was time to defend the Belgian honor and so Nicola Philippaerts, Grégory Wathelet, Pieter Devos and Niels Bruynseels travelled to France. Niels chose Utamaro d’Ecaussines for the Nations Cup and the stallion did perfectly what was expected of him! Two clear rounds ensured that Belgium achieved a beautiful second place, behind a very strong Swiss team.

In the other classes, Niels also showed that he was made out of the right wood. There was, for example, a clear round in the 1m45 class with Furmint, good for a twelfth place.
